Terms for using the Tooter service.

Effective date: May 10, 2026. These terms govern access to the Tooter app, website, support channels, and related services.

The Service

Tooter is an AI-assisted language learning service that may include live speaking practice, AI tutor and avatar conversations, speech recognition, transcription, feedback, guided lessons, personalized study plans, reminders, subscriptions, account tools, and support.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, maintaining access to your sign-in method, and making sure your use is lawful where you live.

Subscriptions and purchases

Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Apple handles payment processing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment disputes under Apple's terms and policies.

AI features

AI-generated lessons, transcripts, translations, explanations, and feedback may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Service is for educational language practice and does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, professional, emergency, or regulated advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, automated abuse, malware, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized commercial exploitation.
